Dorset Holiday Barns

It felt spacious, quiet and modern, the black out blinds in the bedrooms were excellent. The welcome pack was much appreciated

Due to the extreme weather it was hard to keep cool, fans were provided but one was damaged and only worked with the cage off the front.

Spotlessly clean and had everything on hand that we needed. Served as a perfect base to explore the local area!

Excellent and beautiful location for Dorset adventures. New feel to facilities at the property, very well equipped and some lovely touches for our arrival. Information pack with great ideas for days out and everything you need to know about the property. Great court yard to sit in with garden furniture. DVDs, books and games for family evening entertainment gave a homely feel. Local Sherborne town was a 8 minute drive where we parked for free in Waitrose picked up our home essentials and picnic supplies and visited the local shops, many were independent. Very friendly people. Oliver’s coffee shop was a firm favourite to start our day. Would highly recommend and book again as we love to visit Dorset yearly.

Fans were available but for a family of five a few more would have made us more comfortable with the hot summer nights. Downstairs could do with a standing fan as even with doors open it was very hot in the evening.

The perfect home away from home, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the town center. The scenery on the way to the location was mesmerizing.

The washing machine and dryer probably will need an update, it was still functioning well but does take a while to complete.
