Very central location

Sometimes noisy in the middle of the night from the Square the room overlooked.

Location. Room was clean and tidy.

4 flights of spiral stairs to the room. No parking, local 24 hr parking quite expensive.

We had the Deluxe 2 person room with balcony. It was large. And the balcony was terrific. + Very nice ans spatious room + Commercial Parking in the neighborhood (300m) + Great breakfast (menu) + Downtown , so close to everything

There is no elevator. So it's quite a climb.

Quick reaction from staff when I complained and a room change was arranged. Central location. Practical check-in with a tablet and cards.

Initial room on the 5th floor with no elevator, extremely difficult with luggage (and unacceptable for someone pregnant). Additional mezzanine inside the room with more stairs. Very small windows, room extremely hot, only one fan provided. It is impossible to sleep with open windows due to loud noise from bars and people on the street. The second room offered was only slightly better, but there is still no air conditioning. Poor quality mattress sinking in the middle. No soundproofing, street noise continued. TV without access to streaming services (e.g., Netflix). Overall room conditions did not match the high price. No compensation or discount is offered for the inconvenience. No place to park a car.
