Staff lets you be, no one is constantly on your back like some hostels
It is a bit squeezed and the bathrooms are in the basement, making showering a bit difficult… I would recommend a bathroom in 2/3 floors

The guesthouse is conveniently located, with several train stations just a 10-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.
The rooms and restrooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The bed is a bit small, and the shower is located in the basement, so you need to go downstairs to use it.

Quiet at night, even when close to an area with vibrant nightlife.

No solution for late check-in.
The light on the room is very dim, the switch is oddly located and did not have night table light.
The decoration in the room had some unnecessary ornaments that take out space for placing the luggage.
The showers are very far from the room (basement), making it a bit inconvenient.
The place is not exactly close to Osaka-Umeda station.
