Beautiful secluded property nestled in stunning natural surroundings with warm hospitality.

Beautiful property sitting on top of a mountain with spectacular views of the valley and a cozy fireplace perfect for a weekend winter getaway. The hosts were super warm and cared about our comfort in a timely and efficient manner. They were prompt in responding to any new needs like concerns on road safety, given we got snowed in overnight (which added to the beauty manifold!). As a family with a toddler, it was a perfect nature retreat, I can't wait to make plans for a repeat visit when we can explore more hiking routes in the area.

Nothing!! Though I would say its an Eco lodge (fully self sufficient power wise and not on the main power grid) so mindful use of resources like water and heat was a must e.g. mild temp water, switching to generator if the power ran out, colder than regular city apartment temperature. To us it was a good reminder of mindful consumption, but it is useful to know in advance.

The house is beautifully designed. Very stylish and fit for its environment. The views are breathtaking. The place is peaceful and quiet, a great place to relax and wind down. Kristina is a very kind and lovely host. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Astra Montana, hope to return one day!

Amazing place in the Slowenian mountains

Everything was great. The hosts are amazing as is the house itself.

Guests should know that the hot tub cannot be used at times when there is water shortage and that for the time being the road up the the house is not passable work days between 7am and 5pm

Absolutely exceptional modern chalet with beautiful mountain views. We all had a great time here. We had a lovely barbecue dinner on the gas grill. We recommend visiting Tolmin Gorges, Waterfall Kozjak or Warerfall Sopota. The way up is not as bad as we originally thought.

Tolles Erlebnis in den Bergen!

Das Chalet hat eine tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Blick in die Berge. Im Hottube kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist spannend, was uns aber bei 2 Nächten nicht gestört hat. Dafür genießt man oben absolute Ruhe. Vielen Dank nochmals für den netten Empfang und die tollen Tipps!

Super Ausblick zum relaxen und Wandern sehr gut geeignet

Die Lage mit dem Weitblick über die benachbarten Berge sind wirklich ein Traum. Die Ruhe ist ideal zum entspannen und relaxen. Die Ausstattung käst ausserdem keine Wünsche offen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es eine Quelle mit Bergwasser. Somit ist man bestens gerüstet um autark zu verweilen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Auffahrt ist gut machbar, auch wenn auf den letzten Metern der Asphalt unter den Rädern ausgeht. Ein normales Fahrzeug ist vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

An der Sauberkeit hat an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas gehapert. Besonders im Küchenbereich und in den Ecken.

Die Lage ist top. Ausblick über die Berge und absolut ruhig. Toll, wenn man gerne Feuer macht und grillt.

Leider funktioniert die Warmwasserherstellung nicht so gut.
