There is a communal kitchen with a lovely bean-to-cup coffee machine. The kitchen is well-equipped. Quality Bedding and comfy mattress and pillows. The guesthouse was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there was a family staying there during our stay and were cooking three full meals a day (eggs, pasta etc) in the kitchen which was right next door to our bedroom - this was not ideal. I don't think the stove and oven should be available for guests to use as the kitchen use generates noise and smells that are not pleasant for the other guests. Just a coffee machine, fridge and microwave should be available for use. Our bedroom which was the one next to the kitchen has a very, very tiny bathroom, so for larger bodies it would be very difficult to move about. The shower door makes a horrible sound when opening and closing it which startled us for the first few days. That bedroom also has no natural light. I feel that your bookings page should state that as I would not have booked that room. The room right next door was beautifully spacious and at the same cost to book, I would have booked that instead.

Marketed as a bed and breakfast, but received an email on the day of arrival that no breakfast will be available. Market as tranquil but next to a vert busy road. Shows leaked all over bathroom floor even after request to fix it. Toilet seat broken. Late arriving guests waking us up on wooden floors.
