    Room was very dirty Blood stains on the bed, bed sheets and pillow case. No towels, has to keep begging for towels, waited till 11pm at night for towels, towels came wet and smelly..tv did not work, remote for TV also didn't work, aircon remote could not be found, aircon was stuck on 16°. Fridge kept opening , had to hold something against the fridge door.
