Przestronny apartament na parterze przy wylotówce z Kalisza. Klucze wydaje i informacji udziela mama właściciela. Parking mały, ale wystarczający. Naprawdę duża łazienka, wygodne łóżko, większość udogodnień apartamentu. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Sympatyczna obsługa.
Dobrze mieć ze sobą kosmetyki. Brakuje lampki - ogólnie ciemnawo (np. na czytanie książek). Jakoś odbioru telewizora średnia, mało kanałów. Ogólnie nie jest to wszystko pierwszej świeżości. Jako, że to parter, prywatność w salonie taka sobie, ale w łazience ok. Bliskość przejazdu kolejowego komuś może przeszkadzać.

Przestronny czysty apartament, przemiła Pani która nas poinstruowała na dzień dobry co i jak oraz przemiły Pan właściciel który uratował nas późnym bardzo wieczorem! Mianowicie: Zatrzasnelismy sobie drzwi główne ( otwierają sie z zewnątrz wyłącznie kluczem za każdym razem ) dlatego przyszli wynajmujący PAMIĘTAJCIE ABY Z KAŻDYM WYJŚCIEM NAWET NA ‚PAPIEROSA’ zabrać ze sobą klucze.. Właścicielowi który w nocy przyjechał i nam otworzył drzwi jeszcze raz BARDZO BARDZO DZIĘKUJEMY!!
