The host was very kind and accommodating. We arrived in the city quite late (around 11:30 pm), but she had no problem with our late check-in. The instructions to reach the accommodation and locate our room were clear and easy to follow. Both the flat and the room were spotless. A great option for a short stay in the city.

There aren’t many downsides. The location might not be ideal if your main goal is to stay close to the city center, as the accommodation is situated nearer to the airport. That said, public transport connections are convenient, with both bus and tram options providing easy access to the center.

Witam. Jak najbardziej polecam tą miejscówkę. Dobra cena jak na Wrocław, niczego mi w pokoju nie brakowało. Przy okazji mojego pobytu spotkałem sympatyczną panią właścicielkę. :) Dziękuję za gościnę i ciekawą rozmowę. :) Po nowym roku z pewnością tam wrócę. :)

The property was fine for the money, has what you need. I would appreciate access to a kettle/ the possibility of warming up some food or tea, and I wasn’t very sure if I could use the kitchen or not.

The fact that they asked for money (without it being specified in the advert in the beginning) for two reasons: - a deposit is required (I was staying only 1 night) of 50€ more or less. Because of the difficulty of making this payment, the owner ended up saying to leave it this time. But before she said this, I was not super sure that maybe they would cancel my reservation if the payment didn’t work so while travelling it was an added unnecessary stress. - the worst part, which made me mad, they have a “penalty” of 5€ for arriving at any other hour that the ONE hour-window they specify in the ad. I would understand this if there’s someone waiting (still, one hour window is ridiculous, also it’s close to the airport so many times it will just depend on the flight times). But the entry system is with a CODE BOX for the keys. Honestly, I think this is unacceptable, never happened to me. I can imagine these 5€ from every person that fails to enter the place from 17:00 to 18:00 is a nice extra money every month. This should be forbidden.
