Overall it was an excellent experience. The staff were very accommodating - attentive in wanting to ensure the stay was comfortable and pleasurable. Communication was excellent from point of booking - to point of leaving. It appears customer satisfaction is very important to the team, especially the manager.
It would have been nice for the hotel to have fruit and juice available, apart from just at breakfast time. Specially given the hot climate.

Incredible staff. A very clean , comfortable stay in a location in part of the world where that is not the rule but the exception. Renne breakfast on a wonderful rooftop terrace. Good working air conditioning and quiet. They also arranged for an amazing tour guide named Omar who made it possible to explore Fez. Having travelled around the world quite a bit, I would not recommend your first for a venture into Fez be solo. Very easy to get lost and it would be difficult to absorb the experience in cultural significance of the town without a knowledgeable guide.
