I like simple and it was immaculate. I can’t say I had much to do with the staff as I only saw them on check in, but they were cheerful and extremely helpful.

Nice site, good location but I went for the fishing!

I found the accommodation was very suitable for my stay and location was good.

Poor access to fishing pools,to far to walk for someone with health issues. I would have liked to use the swimming pool but was unable to due to being on my own...park rules TV remote didn't work and I couldn't turn the heating on

Quiet pool. Site was super peaceful at night, which was nice. Shower had great water pressure!

It was all fine, and we would go back. But… the curtains were too thin and falling off their tracks. And being used to staying in Airb&bs where you are provided with basic cleaning materials and tea/coffee/sugar it was a bit sad to have nothing. Had to buy salt and pepper for example. I don’t pack salt and pepper usually…. Or toilet cleaner.

Soon as we arrived we left very relaxed and chilled. The caravan was very big, very clean and had all equipment needed. The beds also, very comfy. Location was perfect for our stay and we’d definitely stay here again.

We liked everything and would definitely stay here again however, maybe a little bar would be good to have a drink at within the site

Lovely Romantic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy caravan in St Austell. It was spotlessly clean, warm, and felt like a real home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the peaceful setting made it even more relaxing. A perfect base for exploring Cornwall — we’d definitely return!

Willow Lodge

Great location, good base to visit the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and other neighbouring towns. Good facilities on site, the hot tub was regularly tested by staff and easy to use.

On the hole it was clean but we did notice there was quite a lot of dust in the radiators in the bedrooms, which may be an issue for asthmatic people.

Excellent for children

Loved everything about this site. Children allowed to play with a ball especially and the bonus of animals. The fact that guests could just drive in and park up and join us without barriers and questions. We definitely looking forward to returning. Also being allowed a bbq was great. One thing I would like is our accommodation, cottage 5, didn't have a lamp in living room. I like lamplight in the evening watching telly. The ceiling lights are too bright.

The accommodation was great - spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our expectations were exceeded.

Small item: was not aware that the boiler needed to be turned on. The cold shower was a tad more than refreshing.

Nice place but a lot went wrong

The pool and the trails and animals were great.

The bed was so uncomfortable I would have been better sleeping on the floor. The wall light above the bed was hanging off with the wire exposed. We also lost power and with a 5 year old trying to out him to bed in the dark wa a nightmare. Checking in and given the wrong key also made life difficult with a a 5 year old and luggage on the door step wit ha treck back to reception.

The chalet set up was for a family of four, luckily we were just a couple as the main bedroom just had a bed, no room for any other furniture. All our luggage a d clothes had to be in what would have been a children's bedroom. Wasn't even room to get dressed in the main bedroom

Peaceful, relaxing and perfect base or exploring

Quiet location and site. Perfect base for exploring the local area. Lovely site, friendly staff. Woodland walk, farm animals, play park and outdoor pool was plenty to keep my 6yo happy in between our adventures.

Double Bed in our cottage was extremely uncomfortable.

VERY QUIET - MORE THAT ADEQUATE ROOMS AND SLEEPING/FEEDING ARRANGEMENTS

The facilities were spot-on, adequate kitchen as well as corockery and cutlery, comfortable furniture, sleeping arrangements were fine Great to have the chickens roaming freely, especially for grandson's enetertainment, and of course the animals over the back, in the field. Happy with the noise levels too, very quiet and peaceful, very relaxing.

Accommodation could have been slightly tidier i.e. a good few cobwebs which could have been removed with a hoover, maybe the room had not been occupied for a while, but not a huge problem, minor detail.
