This is our family home, sleeps 12+ across 3 self contained spaces
Cul-de-sac location, generous section and fully fenced back section and nearby Epsom reserve with playground - ideal for the family & children

•Main house sleeps 6 with a generous deck & bathroom
•One bedroom tiny house sleeps 4; queen bed & sofa bed with bathroom
•Studio sleeps 2 (could put another trundler or 2 out) and bathroom
Aims games - happy to discuss additional guests if you wish to bring your own mattresses
- Three minute drive (or 15 - 20 minute walk) to Omanu Beach & cafes
- Bayfair - Two minute drive (or 7 - 10 minute walk)
- New World and RSA close - 5 min drive
- Downtown Mount - 10 min drive
- Close to the Bridge to Tauranga and its restaurants etc
A generous deck extends from the dining room and provides great privacy and a delightful outlook to the gardens for enjoying an al fresco lifestyle over the summertime with all your family and friends.

Fantastic property for young children, with a cool playhouse and trampoline, which our 3 year old granddaughter and 2 year old grandson loved when they visited.
Back yard extremely private and sunny, with lovely outdoor area.
Each bedroom and the lounge had fans which were amazing on hot nights, and the aircon was great too.
Location only a few mins from Omanu beach which is beautiful, and nowhere near as crowded as the Mount. Also handy to a local mall, so easy for groceries etc.
Property owner was brilliant to deal with -responsive and friendly, happy to discuss options with us.
Great to deal with, we enjoyed our stay there.
