very nice.
right on beach, and street with plenty things to do walking distance. private pools on property, nice roof top beach view great area to watch sunset or do breakfast. rooms were great, no Central A/C and make sure you close windows at night !!!

Beautiful property - kept immaculate by the wonderful staff. We felt well looked after and had a great time.
The only thing that could make our stay better would be if the property could have a few bikes for guests to get around Tulum Beach with as it can be quite a walk around the beach strip.
