The property had a great view of the beach. It was somewhat close to everything, making it easy to walk and enjoy a restaurant.
The prices for everything, especially taxi services, are ridiculously high in Tulum. It feels like buying items at the airport; they know you'll need to spend money at some point, so they raise prices on everything. It leaves me with a bad feeling, knowing I just got taken advantage of for that dinner or that taxi ride. This isn’t the fault of the properties themselves but rather the government officials who allow such outrageous prices for basic necessities.
