BelleVue Oasis - Adults Only

Just left from my stay at this location and I’m overall very satisfied. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews but it was wonderful. The room was nice and had a working cold ac, the tv was a smart tv and we loved the double patios. The pool is 24hrs so that was pretty fun as well, it’s also heated! The check in was easy and overall I’d recommend!

It was the most confusing check in I have ever had. We were never told about staff not even being on the property. I had to dig through my junk email to find the Instructions to get into our room and hotel. Never did an actual check in because I was never given instructions on how to do the virtual check in. When we got there it was a giant party going on and people coming and going out of the main gate . The room next to us had its doors open and blasting music, it was 11pm at night. It was a good price for the room but incredibly confusing to check in. And no one answers or returns a phone call! Room was clean. Property wasn’t but that was because of the parting individuals. There were shoes and beer bottles every where near the pool and jacuzzi.

-You pay up front to Agoda (based in Singapore...surprise), but then they fail to communicate the "virtual check-in procedure" required before you can access the property. -There's no Front Desk here and no Staff to assist 24/7. -The room had no desk/chair, no rugs or any floor coverings, no coffee table, no luggage stands, and everything was white granite floor to ceiling. -Same in the bathroom: We used the ironing board to hold our toiletries out in the hallway. -Amenities were bare bones for ***/night. -The hot tub was NOT hot, nor will it be while you're there, but the small pool was "ice cold" and refreshing. -Guest parking is limited. -You can do way better for your money. Go find a *** property or even a *** or ***, and you'll be glad you did. Our pain is your gain. Run away from this one.

My bed was broken and clearly set up to hide that. The closet door was off its hing3s ans made a ghastly noise. There were homless people loitering on the property and finally and most unforgivable. They have not released my deposit. My receipt has made it clear thr room was fine. But its IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone let alone let alone call you back. Just absolutely AWFUL. Do not make my mistake. And to ownership answer your phone or return my messages or my lawyer will make it happen.
