    The breakfast was really good, the room as shown in the pictures. There is free parking and the location is excellent the metro station is like 2 blocks from the hotel and it is very well connected. Totally recomended!

    No one mentioned it at checkin, but the rooms here have a quirky security feature. After you open then door, unless you turn the door handle all the way down once more, either from the inside, or with your key card from the outside, the door’s automatic deadbolt will prevent it from closing. Not great if you are used to leaving your room in a hurry and rely on most hotel doors to close under their own weight when released. I didn’t realize my room essentially had an open door until I saw the consequences of someone else being in my room. Second gripe, about the staff. While I went out for cleaning products to resolve what my unexpected visitor had done, the hotel staff ignored my do not disturb sign and left a nasty note threatening to terminate my stay prematurely because of the conditions. I had just lost my passport the day I arrived and was fortunate that they let me check in using a photo of it, but that is not a common practice. I had extended my stay here in order to deal with that issue, so the threat of like that goes beyond the expense of a lost reservation, it threatens a basic needs requirement for shelter. I will complain about that violation certainly, but until my safety is not at this hotel’s mercy. Finally, the building seems to have been in a constant state of maintenance. Do not expect a view from your room, it will be partially obstructed by scaffolding. The windows have a one way reflective coating, but there are construction workers that you will sometimes see walk past your window during the weekday, and when they are working nearby but not right on top of you, the rartlimg of scaffolding starts to sound like there are rats in the attic.
