Nice place to properly relax

Great location - near old town, quiet and convenient place. Very nice and helpful host, providing the full and helpful info. Big and confy bed - it is really good place to relax. Also - there is a garage to store bikes. Breakfast served in the garden what adds to the good vibe.

A perfect stay in an old city

First and foremost the owner. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Every morning he cooked and served nice breakfast in the garden terrace. Duilio advised us on the places to visit, to dine out. Thanks to him we managed to visit a private vineyards with a factory and we bought delicious italian wine.We travelled by car and he let our car in his own garage. The apartment is on the ground floor, the Apartment is neet, cosy and clean. We had our own privacy.

Just a suggestion (not criticism) to put up a mirror in the room. Though there are two in the hall and in the bathroom.

It is not written that the owner lives in the same apartment. No central heating, therefore cold in the bathroom. Classic sweet Italian breakfast, no savoury food like eggs, ham or cheese.

Search no more ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It was my 3rd time in Udine already, and I can say without any exaggeration that it is THE BEST place to stay. The owner is very kind, friendly and great person. Very responsive to all requests, and speaks good English. 🤗🙏👍🇮🇹 Breakfast: I miss it so much already, the owner did a freshly squeezed juice every day and served fresh and hot homemade like bread, and a real Italian morning coffee, fruits, sweets and snacks 😋😋😋 Room and the appartment: I had my own locked room and super cosy own bothroom, everything was so nice, tidy and clean. Room is wide and there is big wardrobe and working table with stable and fast WiFi. Also, need to tell that every little detail made to make your stay comfortable, like lights and air heating inside. Bad also deserves mention, as it is very comfortable, I slept like a baby on the marshmallow clouds. There is a big benefit, to shared some other facilities with the owner: well equipped kitchen with your own shelves for your food, living room that felt like at home and a garden- terrace (during good weather is great to enjoy food/coffee/wine/book there). 👍😃 📍Location: I believe is the best, street is so quiet and dormant, that is no any sounds at all, neither at night, neither at a day time. Near is COOP supermarket 3 min walking distance, and lot of bars and some caffetterias around. Walking distance to the heart of the city is 12 minutes. Also, the biggest gym is located on the street in front and Park Moretti in 15 minutes walk. Bus stop in 4 minutes walk. I was staying 2 weeks. I was working from that room all the days, and I felt amazing there. ❤️💯 My arrival was scheduled for late evening, and I wrote to the property about my late arrival, and the owner offered to meet me at the station and it was super comfortable check-in for me. On the date of departure, owner did the breakfast earlier for me, without me even asking.

Really, I am very picky, but this time I cannot find any little detail to complain, I was sad to leave that place. The owner made me feel better than at home, I felt a guest but very welcomed guest!

The owner prepared great self-made breakfast and and the room and the bathroom are very clean and nicely prepared.

I think the description of the room is misleading. The owner rents out one bedroom and bathroom in his own flat. The kitchen and living are shared with him. From a guesthouse I would expect to share space with other guests, but not with one person living there, the situation in the flat should be stated more clearly in the description. The owner tried his best to create a pleasant stay. However during picking me up from the station he touched my knee, which left a discomforting impression on me.

Superb

Duilio is a lovely host, very helpful, prepares a good breakfast and provides good recommendations for what to see and do in Udine. The room and the bathroom are very clean and nice. We stopped by on our bike trip (Alpe-Adria cycle route) and the guesthouse is a good place to stay: near to the cycle route, with a garage for the bikes and a good bed for deep rest.

Host was warm and very kind; he collected us from station and returned us to station. Lots of useful advice. Large comfortable room and comfortable bathroom. Located in pleasant residential area. No trouble to walk into town. Also buses handy. Nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione comoda sia per il centro che per l'ospedale. Prezzo adeguato

Il mio giudizio è molto buono relativamente ai miei bisogni. A mio parere la sistemazione è ottima per una persona singola o una coppia che sostanzialmente vi pernotti. La posizione è relativamente centrale (si arriva in pieno centro in una ventina di min a piedi), e relativamente comoda anche per chi deve raggiungere l'ospedale (ca stessa distanza a piedi). Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto lungo la via. Proprietario molto attento, gentile e disponibile. Buona prima colazione, per me più che sufficiente ma non per chi desiderasse una colazione abbondante (in questo caso suggerirei di chiedere al proprietario) . Camera e bagno sono puliti e comodi, e il prezzo è corretto date le rifiniture vecchie. La doccia è particolarmente ampia e comoda. Per le mie esigenze (1 notte di pernottamento sporadico e comodità sia per il centro che per l'ospedale) l'ho trovata un'ottima soluzione che sicuramente intendo riconsiderare anche in futuro.

Il soggiorno dal signor Duilio, che gestisce la struttura, è davvero un'avventura eccezionale. Mi sono sentito come un ospite di casa, in particolare a colazione, dove mi ha offerto strudel e pane fatto in casa, succo d'arancia fresco e caffè della moca. Allo stesso tempo, il signor Duilio è molto discreto, quindi ci si sente davvero a proprio agio. Un bonus: la struttura ha un garage di proprietà dove si può lasciare la macchina

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war das Zimmer ideal.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Hat uns Lokale zum Essen empfohlen und uns einen Stadtplan gegeben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage des Zimmers war sehr gut. Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt.

In der Dusche war der Schlauch defekt und das Wasser lief schlecht ab. Und es gab keinen Fernseher im Zimmer. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln

Udine, ma come a casa

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, accolti dalla premura e solarità di Duilio. Si percepisce l’impronta di un host attento e disponibile, dall’arrivo fino ai saluti finali. La stanza è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con materasso comodissimo, diversi spazi di appoggio, uno scrittoio con sedia, una poltroncina, un servomuto, l’armadiatura, nonché un secondo lettino singolo. Arredi caldi, pulizia e ordine ma senza rinunciare a quegli dettagli che la rendono una casa con un’anima e storia, e non un luogo impersonale. Ho trovato davvero apprezzabile anche la mappa con indicazione di alcuni luoghi di interesse o di piacere, e le info sulla rete Wi-Fi, nonché la premura di farci trovare una brocca d’acqua fresca. Il bagno è pulito e molto grazioso, dispone di tanti ripiani e vani per appoggiare i propri effetti, un box doccia molto ampio e comodo, dotato anche di maniglia, tutti i sanitari sono confortevoli e ben distanziati. Da non sottovalutare anche la disponibilità di docciaschiuma, phon, teli personali profumati e diversi ricambi di carta igienica. Il resto della casa è molto accogliente, luminoso, con una zona giorno impreziosita delle bellissime piante di Duilio. Quando la stagione non consente di fare colazione nella bella terrazza altrettanto verde esterna, è proprio qui che Duilio serve la colazione. Ho molto apprezzato il pane e lo strudel preparati con le sue mani, così come latte e caffè caldi, il burro e le confetture. Penso che Duilio sia una persona votata a questo tipo di attività perché, oltre al suo grande senso dell’ospitalità, mostra di avere una naturalezza straordinaria nel farti sentire coccolato e a casa, ma al contempo facendoti percepire quello spazio come un luogo in cui poterti ritagliare raccoglimento, silenzio e pace. Anche se questa è una valutazione personale e umana, penso abbia una luce meravigliosa, sia una persona generosa e felice di regalare un soggiorno ed esperienza da ricordare con il sorriso a tutti i suoi ospiti. Ritorneremo ❤️

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Duilio hält sich sehr im Hintergrund. Erklärt alles wesentliche. Fahrräder können sicher in der Garage untergestellt und auch geladen werden. Das eigene Band ist über den Gang, was aber nicht stört. Das Zimmer ist gross mit Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist top mit selbst gebackenem Brot und Apfelstrudel. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Für uns war es prima.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir wohnten in einer echten italienischen Wohnung. Wir durften die E-Bikes in der Garage abstellen und hätten auch aufladen dürfen. Brauchten wir aber nicht. Super leckeres Frühstück mit frischem Organensaft, selbstgebackenen Strudel und Brot und dazu frisch zubereitetes Rührei mit Schinken. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen lieben Dank.

A szoba tágas volt és tiszta. Udine központja közel volt. A közelben volt bevásárlási lehetőség. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, beszél angolul, és nagyon finom gluténmentes reggelit készített, frissen sütött tojással és házilag facsart narancsléval. A szállás közelében lévő utcában ingyenes a parkolás.

Esmorzar fantástic a la terrassa exterior. Molt bon tracte per part del propietari, que ens va recomanar llocs per visitar. Habitació i lavabo grans. Parking gratuït al carrer amb disponibilitat de places. Zona tranqui.la a una 10 / 15' caminant del centre.

Man konnte vor der Tür gratis parken, war zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Das Frühstück mit selbstgebackenem Brot und Apfelstrudel sowie Speck, Eierspeise, Orangensaft, Joghurt, Obst, Marmelade wurde auf der Terrasse hergerichtet. Das Bett war bequem, die Lage sehr ruhig.
