A charming seaside villa just steps from the Adriatic, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

I had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful villa—truly an unforgettable experience! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining it. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sea, with shops and a few great restaurants close by. It’s also perfectly situated between Bar and Ulcinj, which made it super easy for us to explore the area by car. But what really made the stay special were the hosts, Sado and Serveta. They greeted us with such warmth and kindness and were incredibly helpful throughout our trip. They made us feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Montenegro—and I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Villa Perla!

Our experience at Villa Perla was flawless from start to finish. The apartment was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to stunning sea views from our terrace was a dream! The location is peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to explore Montenegro’s breathtaking coast. The rooftop terrace with panoramic views and a BBQ area was a highlight—ideal for relaxing evenings. The hosts were warm, responsive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their local tips and help with logistics made our trip even smoother. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend Villa Perla—we’ll definitely be back!

Family vacation

- excellent location to the beach - really beautiful terrace - near grocery store - there is a freezer - very kind and helpful owners

- the shower faucet needs to be replaced - it doesn't hold and the water sprays up to the door - there is no oven mitt in the kitchen - cash is required on site to pay for accommodation - fan refrigerator - sufficiently large, but not weak performance - a microwave oven would be better than an oven - room for a busy road and fast food that plays loud music daily until midnight

Beautiful

The place is very close to the beach. Like, literally, across the street. The bakery is on the opposite side. The owners are friendly and nice. We had a gallon of water waiting for us in the fridge. Very nice.

The sheets were not changed for 7 days. That's all, everything else was outstanding

The owners were very friendly and kind. Apartment in a very good location near the sea, sunbeds and umbrellas available in the price of the stay. Small and large pebble beach nearby. Within approx. 15 minutes by car to the largest sandy beach on the Adriatic.

Perfect for a few days at the beach

Comfortable and spacious room, location is excellent with multiple beaches, small store and a bakery close by. Good parking facilities. Beautiful view from the balcony which is big and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly. Not only on arrival, but days after we left when we discovered we left something, they were very responsive and helpful to get it back to us. Once again thank you so much!

Kitchen equipment could be improved. Not all tableware was as clean as we would like to see it.

It was close to the beach, though there were only 5 beds belonging to our villa.

There were several problems so my review is not like many others. 1.Beds were too old and dirty, uncofortable and smelly with sintetic linen. 2. The room was too loud. 3. There wasn't enough warm water. 4.Balconies are too close with other rooms you can't even seat there without looking at your neighbours.

Comfortable, spontaneous, clean, pleasant!

Hosts are very kind spontaneous and helpful. Location is excellent. Nearby beach, shop and coffee shop really made out stay pleasant. Gorgeous common rooftop balcony was great addition to the experience and view of the sea and sunset was truly spectacular, as was view from the room. The room was very clean and tidy.

Beautiful place, perfect location, the most helpful hosts who take pride in their work and what they present about Montenegro. The beach is just amazing and a lot of credit for it goes to the hosts who have worked hard on making it easily accessible and comfortable for the guests. The Villa has beautiful views and everything generally needed. The hosts are ready to provide anything else you may find you need. They greeted me early morning on my arrival and welcomed me to their home until room was ready. They also seen me off to Bar for my departure. This is far beyond what I expect from my hosts but that is what Sado and Serveta do for their guests. I highly recommended Villa Perla for a care free and peaceful holiday with a lot of swimming. Additional conveniences: grocery shop and fruit shops very close by and in case you care and have time for TV the best selection of international tv channels I ever saw including in 5 star hotels. Villa Perla provides all you need to Enjoy you holuday!

Great for people looking for a peaceful and quiet place by the sea, away from the crowded beaches

Accommodation is in an ideal and quiet location. 15km from Bar and 15km from Ulcinj. An optimal place to get to know the surroundings. Adjacent to the Villa Perla is sea access - 1 minute walk. Excellent place to swim in the sea, clean and beautiful water.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szép szállás, szép környezetben. Nekünk jó volt a tenger hőmérséklete.

Nagyszerű és szép apartmanokat kaptunk. Jó választás volt ez a szállás, mind a 3 strand pár perc sétára volt tőlünk, bolt, pékség is a közelben, és a szállásadók nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak!

3 apartmant foglaltunk, de sajnos az egyikben nem volt mélyhűtő. Nekünk ez hiányzott. Illetve még egy apró dolog, az emeleti szobákból a klímavíz az asztalunkra Illetve a nyakunkba folyt, és a ruhaszárító fentről kétszer is ránk esett.

Il Montenegro è un bellissimo paese, con una natura esplosiva e coste frastagliate e rocciose. Sado e Serveta, con il supporto anche a distanza dei propri figli, padroni di casa ed ospiti eccezionali Molto positivo vorrei essere ancora lì.

Un po' di sovraffollamento sulle spiagge, probabilmente dovuto al periodo, ma sulla piattaforma di Villa Perla grande tranquillità e pace.

Mir, blizina plaze. Za odmor onima koji su iz te kategorije turista, dovoljno.

Zanemarljivo. Na odnoru ne bi trebalo da trazite zamerke vec da uzivate u mogucnosti sto imate tu privilegiju.

Urlaub der unvergesslich bleibt

Sauberes Zimmer, mit allen beschrieben Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Direkter Blick zum Berg. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, waren sehr bemüht Anliegen zu klären. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Es war sehr laut, da in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Hauptverkehrsstraße lang führt. Am Freitagabend, hört man oft bis 2:00 Uhr laute Musik, durch die in der Nähe liegenden Lokale. Leider ist das Zimmer mir nachts zu hell. Es gab einen Lamellenvorhang am Fenster, doch durch die ankommenden und abfahrenden Autos am Hang wurde es immer wieder sehr hell. Durch eine fehlende Klappe beim Gefrierfach, werden alle Lebensmittel tiefgefroren.

Mooi ruim appartement met uitzicht op zee

De ruime kamer, de mogelijk om een zonneterras inclusief ligbedden te gebruiken en de korte afstand naar de zee waar op een plateau ook ligbedden staan. Daarnaast heb je een mooi uitzicht op de zee, met mooie zonsondergangen. De gastvrouw bracht de eerste dag heerlijk gebak!
