Nice, quite area with beautiful landscape. The appartment is clean and confortable.

There is a bakery in the basement of the building, they start working very early.

Superb

We were initially supposed to stay in an one bedroom apartment, but due to the damages provoked by a huge hail storm we have been upgraded for free to a two-bedroom apartment. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The view was great and the area the apartment is situated in is very quiet and close to the town centre, the outdoor pool, the bike trail, the river or the climbing and via ferrata area.

There were some minor negative details, such as a small leak beneath the toilet bowl, a malfunctioning light switch or the fact the water in the bathtub took a while to drain. But the only really negative aspect was that the cleaning lady entered the room despite we being there to water the flowers on the terrace. Once my wife was in the toilet and she could not answer the door, so the lady opened the door by herself and entered, but the second time she did not even rang or knocked, but entered (despite the door being locked with the key in the door) and started going through the apartment (filling the sprinkler in the kitchen and going to the terrace to water the plants) like nobody was there. The only problem was that we were at home and we were just changing our clothes (with the bedroom's door open, as we were wrongfully thinking we were alone) when she suddenly appeared

Perfect holiday get-away and a good place for outdoor activities (hiking, cycling)!

Very friendly hosts, giving lots of useful local information for hikes and other activities. The apartment is large and comfortable, with good beds. Kitchen and bathroom are also large and functional. The locally baked bakeries are delicious and are freshly delivered to the door each morning by 7 am (bakery prices are very reasonable). All in all a perfect stay!

Superb

The property was cheap and well located for a bicycle tour along the Drau. It was bigger than we imagined based on the pictures. Everything was crystal clear.

We were in the apartment no. 7. It was always very hot, most probably due to the bakery in the ground floor (owens are running 24/7?) Communication with the owner was difficult, nobody spoke English in contrary to the description. I sent 3 emails, 2 via Booking.com, one directly to the property, none of them were answered. We booked and payed a week, but had to leave 2 days earlier due to a sudden death in the family. We informed the owners immediately with the help of Google translate, but there was no reaction, nothing like I am sorry to hear that or something similar. Previous guests reported warm welcome with coffee and cookies, we have no such experience. Parking space is not enough. There are 7 apartments, but maximum 5 cars can park in the property including the car of the owners.

La posizione e il balcone vista montagna.

Nell'appartamento era un gran caldo perché non dotato di aria condizionata né di ventilatore. Inoltre all'interno del palazzo è presente il camino del laboratorio del forno che è a piano terra di conseguenza le pareti del nostro appartamento scottavano perché assorbivano calore durante la notte quando il forno era acceso. Durante la notte non si respirava dal caldo. I materassi in cui hanno dormito i miei figli erano sporchi: pieni di peli, capelli e macchie gialle. Le lenzuola che ci hanno lasciato su letto erano piccole e non coprivano completamente il materasso. L'appartamento dell'ultimo piano che ci è stato dato aveva le finestre sul tetto che non si aprivano. Nessun di questo problema è stato risolto dai proprietari anzi erano molto scocciati dalle nostre lamentele

Aankomsttijd geboekt om 11 uur , kamer niet gereed,1 uur gewacht. Verkeerde kamer ,weer 3 uur gewacht. Geboekte kamer heel vies en moest schoongemaakt worden. En dit na 13 uur rijden plus 4 uur wachten zonder hartelijk welkom 17 uur wakker.

Összességében jó ár-érték arányú szállás, szívesen ajánlom.

Foglaláskor nem lehetett reggelit választani, így az nem is volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése minden szepontból tökéletes. Az apartman 4 fő számára is megfelelően tágas és tiszta volt. Az erkélyről a szomszédos hegyekre nyílt szép kilátás.

A wifi sajnos gyenge volt, a kenyérpirító nem működött és nem volt szappan a fürdőszobában.
