Disappointing

1) cleanliness 2) fire place inside - although there was instruction how to use it 3) uncomplicated key handover

1) outside area, there was not even table where you could eat outside, only four chairs. After asking the owner if there is a table, the answer was it is broken!? You have no direct access from the flat to the outdoor dining area (the whole building has to be walked around at the back to get to the terrace) 2) BBQ / Grill – it is not BBQ, but only a kind of fireplace, so gilling not really is possible. There was not even grill grate, after asking if there is one - the answer was no. How it can be that in the description it is mentioned BBQ but outdoor dining area which are not usable. 3) Other point to mention is a railing from the small balcony (with max. place for two people) that was not properly fixed – for small kids’ kind of dangerous 4) The refrigerator in the kitchen has no (even small) freezer function 5) The location shown on booking.com map is not exactly as in the reality (red arrow info from booking.com, white arrow real position of the property). There is a street directly in front of the building, which was not expected, when looking at the map on booking.com 6) the whole area is very steep, not suitable for small children and animals

Great location and place. The view is just unbelievable.

We couldn't find the house. The lights in bedrooms aren't healthy they should be more warm and one of them is broken so it's still lightly lightning in the night.

I loved it but a little warning about having to bring all toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc) would have been nice.

Exceptional

Everything is new and clean. We liked sauna veru much.

There should be more light in the kitchen. There is a wide window, but, when you are cooking in the evening, you could use some extra light. Also, for the skiers there should be a place for drying wet ski suits and boots.

Für ruhe suchende Top.

Sehr schönes alleinstehendes Haus über dem Tal von Rangersdorf. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist gut mit viel Platz. Es gibt auch einen Kaffeevollautomat. Jedes Zimmer hat auch einen eigenen Fernseher. Auch unser großer Hund (Maremmano) hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Nun zum Gastgeber Franz. Ein ruhiger, netter und sympathischer Gastgeber der mit einem kleinen Feuerwasser uns willkommen geheißen hat. Liebe Grüße an Dich und bleib gesund, wir kommen bald mal wieder.

Posizione molto tranquilla, senza altre abitazioni attorno, a circa 1200 Mt s.l.m.,vista sulle montagne.

Sarebbe utile un giardinetto recintato, per sgambettare in tranquillità bimbi e cani.

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Wirklich eine sehr gute Wohnung, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, gerne wieder.
