Over-priced and under cared for

Good location, kitchen was reasonably well equipped albeit messy. Parking right outside the property

Smaller than expected, generally messy and some items were broken. The bedrooms were small with little storage (apart from the twin room in the attic). It took a while to get the boiler seen to and then the agents blamed us for messing with it! Minimal instructions - it took 2 days to get the tv working so we could watch the Winter Olympics. It all felt a bit neglected.. Also very expensive. There are better places in Argentiere for less.

Excellent Stay near Mont Blanc

The very best was the communication and service. That was excellent. The house was really good, we had little to complain about (being tall, we hit a couple of lamps and the shower was a tad low). Clean, comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Nothing much to be honest, the only thing I can think of was the low hanging lamps and the biggest pan is/was not straight bottomed anymore. So peanuts.

Comfortable chalet for a family group

Good location close to the Grand Montets ski area and next to a bus stop giving access to the other places in the Chamonix valley. Comfortable and well-equipped lounge, dining and kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Enough storage. Well thought out entrance with heated floor, ski racks, coat hooks and shelves for shoes etc. Host and agent very helpful with issues. Little garden area (although mainly stones). Cot and high chair provided on request. Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV etc etc.

The layout is strange. The beds in the twin attic room have very little head space and there is no sound proofing which meant little sleep for one of our party. The en suites are up internal stairs in the 2 bedrooms. The toilets are separate to the bathrooms. The toilet on the landing is between 2 bedrooms and again very little soundproofing. I.e. lots of stairs. We had a bit of a hiccup at the start as we had been promised a cot but the one in the chalet was broken when we arrived. It was sorted out in a few hours though - the host and the agent were both very helpful.

A nice place. pleasant host.

the family room a nice sociable space. bus stop was right outside. plenty of cooking equipment.

A floor plan would have been useful. There are 3 places to shower/bath but 2 toilets, one of which is on the ground floor. we did not have enough hot water on 2 evenings, the host was quick to respond, but the water heater took a very long time and we couldn’t wash up or shower on those evenings. Fairly expensive overall.

A lovely stay in a compact and comfortable chalet.

Great location. Short walk to Grand Montets. Navette bus stop by the house. Living area very comfortable, especially with the fire lit. Good use of space with two of the bedroom having their own bathroom and the other two sharing a third.

It is pet friendly so there was an issue of dog hair. Really needs a more industrial clean of the house and bedding when pets have been.

Chalet muy confortable!! La parada del autobús a pistas en la misma puerta de casa, muy cómodo para ir a skiar o a chamonix. Plaza de aparcamiento para 2 incluso 3 coches. Habitaciones confortables y colchones cómodos
