Regularly stay at Wings, always found staff to be friendly at all times, including the restaurant and breakfast staff!

Fletcher small supermarket not always stocked for sandwiches, rolls etc. OK for a couple of nights max, but absolutely nothing to do within walking distance, you have to use public transport to keep occupied, same for restaurateur menu choice does change much throughout the year(s) a bit limited for a regular visitor!

Hotel is located at Rotterdam airport and it is perfect for early morning flight. Room is spacious, beds and pillows are perfect. Everything is clean and smells nice. For the first time we saw bunk beds with TV's. Three TV's in room. 10/10

the service in the restaurant was not very good. Quite unprofessional. A waitress told us in Dutch after dinner , that we could "lekker uitbuiken". You cannot say that anywhere to guests

Terrible value for money

Location next to airport

Chairs in our room were very worn and tatty. For a premium hotel, to have paper cups and crap instant coffee sachets in the room was poor. No toilet brush. We found a used wine glass outside our door in the corridor. It did not move for 2 days. For 17 euro per person the breakfast was poor. No toaster and no butter!! Overall not good value.

Don’t take the room 557 (and be careful with floor 5)

Helpful staff

in two words, the state of room interior and facilities. A more detailed description is below. The original room (number 557), which we were allocated to, was perhaps the worst hotel room I had ever been to: old and damaged stool and chair, holes from cigarettes and stains on curtains, stains on the floor, bedside lights not working. We asked the reception to move us into another room and they did help with that: we ended in a much better room where almost everything was good except for the bathroom where water managed to leak from the shower cabin all over the floor
