Fletcher small supermarket not always stocked for sandwiches, rolls etc. OK for a couple of nights max, but absolutely nothing to do within walking distance, you have to use public transport to keep occupied, same for restaurateur menu choice does change much throughout the year(s) a bit limited for a regular visitor!

Exceeded our expectations

Hotel is located at Rotterdam airport and it is perfect for early morning flight. Room is spacious, beds and pillows are perfect. Everything is clean and smells nice. For the first time we saw bunk beds with TV's. Three TV's in room. 10/10

the room was ok. The bed was ok too.

the service in the restaurant was not very good. Quite unprofessional. A waitress told us in Dutch after dinner , that we could "lekker uitbuiken". You cannot say that anywhere to guests

Terrible value for money

Location next to airport

Chairs in our room were very worn and tatty. For a premium hotel, to have paper cups and crap instant coffee sachets in the room was poor. No toilet brush. We found a used wine glass outside our door in the corridor. It did not move for 2 days. For 17 euro per person the breakfast was poor. No toaster and no butter!! Overall not good value.

First of all the staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are comfortable, and offer value for money. I think the restaurant is good, but a bit on the expensive side.
