rooms are clean with reasonable price

the beds are not comfortable specially the double bed and there was no trash bin in the room , I can not turn off the aircondition therefore, the room was cold for my son.

Everything was amazing! The hotel is very close to the Airport, the family room was great.

After having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, they couldn’t find us in the system which would’ve been the cherry on top.

Overall bad experience and poor customer service

Location

Basin tap was loose. Instead of double bed, 2 single beds were put together to make it a double bed. Uncomfortable to sleep with gap in the middle. We asked for 2 breakfast and paid in full upon checking. We were then asked to pay extra 17:50 euro next morning when we went to the breakfast room. We paid 20 euro in cash as they did not have any change. Main Reception said they did not have a key to the disabled toilet and told us to use the lift.

Overall a good overnight stay, a little bit expensive for the facilities. I guess that the location "justifies" the price.

Very disappointing in that they don't seem to really care.

Not much to like.

The staff are not very friendly. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired, a dirty plate was left outside a room for two days and not cleaned up. This was reported to the reception staff who said that they would take this up with management. Needless to say, this plate remained in place for the next 24 hours.

The single bed the mattress was not good. We have change from Room to a twin bed but also it was 2 mattress joint together that also didn’t feel good. There was no waste backet. We didn’t know what to do with our trash. You have to park for a park space but the park spaces are so small and most of the time the ticket system does not work.

There is a shop by the entrance which is very handy, and there is a garage where you get a discount on your parking ticket if you are a guest. There are also good public transport connections with the city. It is also very quiet, considering you are next to the airfield. Sound isolation is very good on the walls and windows.

There is "no food" policy in the rooms.
