Great service and room, clean, quiet, comfy. Air con and location easy to get around.
Air con very close to beds so hard to find the right setting, either freezing or hot. But better to have than not.

Clean and close to centre (20mins walking through Le Marais).
Very thin walls and not quiet.
Continental breakfast limited and not options; I appreciate is typical for French people but tourists are from all over the world and the breakfast should target this range by offering variety. Giving the same everyday, with no variations (plus the serving method) reminds of primary school camping and is not fitted at all for a hotel in Paris.

Location wise the Hotel is very close to one of the Metro Station (5 mints walk) and two more metro stations (12 mints walk and 8 mints walk). There are couple of good Restaurants and Cafes close to the Hotel. Very safe place. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.
Room was very small, not value for money. Room Air Condition's Temperature was not allowed to control by the Guest even though it was not a centralized AC which was very frustrating. Breakfast is very boring, same items every day, very average breakfast. Should not take complementary breakfast by paying extra price. Very far (at least 20 mints by metro train) from main attractions of Paris.
