Staff were very attentive during check in as well as during breakfast although it was full house at the restaurant.
I didn't like the welcome sweets in the room which were unwrapped and open. I was unsure how long it has been there. Suggestion would be to pack them individually as guests might not consume all 4 pieces right away. Also there were oil stains on the parchment paper which suggest they have been there a long time.

Cleanliness . From concierges no help in loading stuffs or opening car doors or giving eye contacts for help !! Reception for any help phone is not picked up taking long delay. Asked for a luggage weighing scale it took long time to deliver & the room boy was not friendly enough to wait or to comeback to collect and he was hurrying the process . Lights were working overall cleanliness of the room felt not great . As this is our fourth time staying in kochi Marriot this is the first time we felt something like this
