It was a great experience. I liked that they offered sea kayaks also.

The view from the room was amazing and the rooms are unique. The shower is also one of the best I have used.

The bed comfort was just average. It wasn’t bad but that was the weakest part of the room.

Location is EVERYTHING!! Close to restaurants, and nearby towns. The pool was perfect ever day!

I liked Miriam and her availability to assist whenever possible. The lockbox was tricky, but we were able to get assistance and gain entry quickly.

The windows are not sealed well. I had multiple bites all over my body from mosquitos and others things that can access the room easily. Bug spray was under the counter, so we used it when needed.

Elegant apartments.

These apartments are gorgeous. They really do look like they were designed by Gaudi.. The craftsmanship and unique style is really quite exceptional.

The location has both advantages and disadvantages. Advantage is that it’s away from the town and therefore quite quiet. The disadvantage is that it is away from the town and that you need to drive to get to most things that you would need like shopping or a beach. There is no swimming beach very close to the apartment. The apartment overlooks the lagoon, which is beautiful at sunset, but it is not it good for swimming.

Shortage of hot water, made it difficult to use the hot tub. WiFi was out of use from evening until morning. TV: Bad connection and only one remote worked.

Miriam is the bomb! Her managerial skills are second to none.

One of the most unique properties we’ve ever seen. We travel a lot. The manager Miriam was exceptional. I run an Airbnb myself and know what it takes to try to please. Miriam makes it happen! She was quick to respond to any inquiries, picked us up at the airport, helpful information regarding the area and our next booking at a Vacasa resort. Really couldn’t ask for anything more.

A perfect love nest in Maya Beach

The studio which was part of an architect villa was just amazing : breathtaking view of the Laguna, quiet, all amenities including a Jacuzzi . The pool was also incredible, overlooking the laguna . This studio which was larger than what I expected was a great surprise and we will return as soon as possible !

It was great

We arrived after dark and the outside lights were not on or if so insufficient There was no watchman or anyone and we wandered around in the darkness for about 20 minutes before we finally found our room.

Needed a tiny bit more room in the kitchen but It still worked. Plus I didn't think I was going to cook but I did so it did the job. Next time I will book a room with a bigger kitchen 😜

Great Value, good location, nice views from the balcony

The easy contactless access to the keys. The spacious rooms and open areas in and around the building. Access to the activities, like the Kayaks. We never found the code per bikes. The amenities of a full kitchen including all cookware, glassware and flatware. Several appliances including a blender for frozen drinks. Close proximity to food options and the bowling alley. Thanks to Vero (concierge & reservations) for constant follow up pre-arrival and Kaprie for checking in to see how our stay was going.

Locating the building that we would be staying in which was the largest that sleeps 8 comfortably. We stayed in Lionfish, Shark and Turtle. It was dark when we arrived and it was raining. Beds were a little small as we had several tall guests. Check-in time was too late (4:00pm) and check-out too early (10:00am) No access to a BBQ grill for onsite grilling as it was a full moon. This should be considered.
