From my point of view, I found the best location and very comfortable accommodation here. The very nice owners of the apartments, Herbert and Simone, will give you valuable advice and answers to all your questions. You are surrounded by the silence of a beautiful garden, watching birds and small wild animals. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beautiful ocean shore, where you will practically be alone. The apartment has absolutely everything for relaxing, cooking, and surfing the Internet.
Minor flaws did not spoil my overall great impression: poor sound insulation from the neighboring apartment. Also, for two people living in an apartment, it may be somewhat uncomfortable that the bathroom does not have a solid wall to the ceiling.

The hosts were accomodating,helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was quiet but near all the Maya beach amenities.
There was nothing I felt negatively about.

The best thing about the property was the privacy and the lovely garden location! You could be entirely independent and cook your own food using the fully equipped kitchen, or you could head out to nearby restaurants. You could also relax outside in the peaceful garden area and watch the wildlife. I would especially recommend this property for those who are remote working or need some peace during their holiday or trip.

It was close to all amenities - restaurants, shops - but far enough from the main road so you did not hear the traffic. The apartment had everything we needed. We sat outside every day enjoying the sun and nature - lots of different birds, iguanas, agoutis and the odd racoon. The lagoon was just 50 yards away, were we spotted some manatees. The public beach was just down the road - 5 minute walk. Overall an excellent stay
