Very beautiful property with lovely owners!!! I was working remotely and the WiFi was very reliable, everything in Placencia is very accessible and the apartment has everything you could need :) also it is 30 seconds from an extremely beautiful view over the lagoon and the mountains!

L’accueil de Simone et Herbert était génial. L’appartement était très confortable et intime. Tout ce que nous avions besoin y était. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

From my point of view, I found the best location and very comfortable accommodation here. The very nice owners of the apartments, Herbert and Simone, will give you valuable advice and answers to all your questions. You are surrounded by the silence of a beautiful garden, watching birds and small wild animals. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beautiful ocean shore, where you will practically be alone. The apartment has absolutely everything for relaxing, cooking, and surfing the Internet.
Minor flaws did not spoil my overall great impression: poor sound insulation from the neighboring apartment. Also, for two people living in an apartment, it may be somewhat uncomfortable that the bathroom does not have a solid wall to the ceiling.

The hosts were accomodating,helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was quiet but near all the Maya beach amenities.
There was nothing I felt negatively about.
