Clean flat near Milan City centre

It was clean and good local information was given when checking in. Supermarket is on the other side of the road.

Microwave wasn't available and the flat was so warm without air-conditioning.

Bed isn't comfortable My Mum got beaten by some strange insects that lives in beds, I guess lack of cleaning causes this to happen.

Apartment with good location and nice staff

The apartment is in a good location, around 5-10 mins walk from Cimiano metro station. Cinzia was absolutely helpful and she provided us all the details regarding the apartment, transportation and the sights of Milan. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, cafés are within walking distance.

the check is at 10 am , I understand but usually all hotel give to all customer probably 30 more minutes an hour max, so at 10 am exactly they knock the door with actitud that I need to get out the room , my wife doesn’t ready and I said wait for 20 minutes so after that the front desk manager start speaking up very rude and is only 25 minutes that I leave the apartment. the manager is too rude and is not right , the facilities was ok but I will never come back again , is my first time that they manager is too rude because I’m late for 20 minutes

Small things can make a difference

Cinzia is a nice host. Very detailed person and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the A/C fantastic! Also my apologies as I forgot the garbage inside but I had left the keys already in the box :(

I did not like that there is no kitchen paper or kitchen towel. Also the soap to wash your hands really bad quality and the shower gel 1 small bottle for 2 nights stay :( The tab in the sink toilet is not working properly, no pressure and needs replacement.

Kinda a feel like home stay in front of a bus station with good connections

Very friendly and helpful host. Parking on site behind 2 gates which made it feel safe. Small studio/apartment with almost everything you need. Fast internet. Bus station in front of the apartment with a direct connection to 1 of the busy districts of Milan. Close to a park for people who like to go for a run. Very quit at night (except for the dogs in the building if they feel like communicating to each other).

I am used on sleeping on bigger mattresses so the one in the studio/apartment didn't feel as comfy as I hoped. Kitchen is well equipped when it comes to equipment (cooking plate, oven, fridge, ...), however I looked everywhere for cooking knives but I couldn't find any. The neighborhood isn't the most attractive of Milan and you won't find a lot of real Italian restaurants around the apartment. You get what you pay for.
