Modern clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very good value for money.
Noisy fridge, AC controlled centrally - the remote control was taken away, which I was infromed before, however during the hottest week of the year, the central setting was completely insufficient and the room was warm as there was no AC at all. Ended up sleeping with an open window instead. I would recommend to leave the quests to choose their own level of comfort.

Modern clean unit. With free amenities in room. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Breakfast (if ordered) is delivered to room and is value for money and a good spread. Comfortable bed. Staff is friendly.
No lift up to 3rd storey. Fridge unit in room a tiny noisy intermittently.
