Velmi dobré místo pro patrový penzion, prostorné parkování za uzavřenou branou. Ubytování jsme zvolili na návštěvu Colours of Ostrava, cesta Boltem/Uberem na festival byla cca 18 min, bezproblémová. Čistý penzion, náš apartmán byl prostorný (pro 4 osoby, byli jsem tři) a dobře vybavený. Velká TV s připojením k internetu. Vybavená kuchyň, lahev prosecca, voda, káva a čaj pro hosty v ceně ubytování. Check in možný podle pokynů bez nutnosti personálu. Snídaně možné doobjednat, podávány na pokoj. Velmi dobré.
Náš apartmán měl okna na stranu ulice, která je při otevřeném okně ráno celkem hlučná, v noci byl klid. Matrace jsou hodně měkké pružinové, jedna židle a rošt potřebují servis. I přes tyto drobnosti to byla velmi příjemná zkušenost a při další cestě se rádi vrátíme.

Modern clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very good value for money.
Noisy fridge, AC controlled centrally - the remote control was taken away, which I was infromed before, however during the hottest week of the year, the central setting was completely insufficient and the room was warm as there was no AC at all. Ended up sleeping with an open window instead. I would recommend to leave the quests to choose their own level of comfort.
