Excellent Cottage On The Green

What a beautiful little cottage, in a wonderful location. The facilities were excellent and despite its small size it felt perfectly spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was excellent, and fully equipped. The lounge was lovely and cosy with a beautiful fireplace with a logburner. Village green location. We parked up and didn't use the car for the duration of our stay. .

A lovely sized cottage for 2 people and very comfortable and well equipped

The location was great. We were visiting relatives in Brackley, which was only a five minute drive away

Relaxing stay particularly having “The Green” space opposite and pub with it’s lovely food close by

Comfortable cottage with everything one needed for self catering , personal touches soft drinks , milk, shower gel much appreciated. We chose the cottage as was it was near a wedding venue we were attending but also did some sight seeing, in all just fabulous time

Charming cottage in a lovely village, not far from Brackley and amenities.

Charming little cottage in Evenley, just outside Brackley, right on the village green. Well appointed and everything worked. Very cosy, ideal for a couple. Very quiet and peaceful. Village shop is usually open and there are large supermarkets in nearby Brackley, which is walking distance (but a long walk)

It's a very old house, so there are low wooden beams in the cottage. Charming, but a bit tricky if you are a bit taller. Bathroom is small, but everything works perfectly. Very small sink, not really suitable for shaving in.

Beautifully Perfect

We were here for our son attending UTC Silverstone for 5 days. Location is Beautiful, house is homey and peaceful. Lovely Coffee shop next door, 5mins away a delious Indian restaurant, Spice Lounge and 15mins away from Silverstone. Just perfect

A perfect place, perfectly positioned, perfect views and tranquility......and perfectly looked after

It was a self catering arrangement, but Kath the owner was generous and provided some basic provisions which was very helpful. The location is particularly lovely in the village of Evenley. I can also highly recommend The Red Lion Inn.

Cosy Cottage

The cottage had everything you need, all that you have in your own home, the cottage has a lovely cosy homely feel....with easy parking near the property.. the cottage looks out over the green and in the cricket season you can watch from the living room window.. The cottage is very central for visits to Blenheim palace,Bletchley park and Silverstone...

A great 3 nights which we loved. We could contact the host very easily and she was so helpful ahead

The cottage was delightful. Pretty, olde worlde, clean, well equipped and with a wonderful view over the village green. It was warm, with an excellent heating system and generous welcome package.

Little Gem

The cleanliness, was central, lovely pub and the evening on the green was really great.

We booked to go for the Moto gp, and found this little gem. Absolutely loved it, Kath goes way and above to make sure everything is perfect, great value for money and loved the Saturdays evening on the green. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional

We only stayed a couple of nights for a nearby family wedding but the village, its green and all of the stone cottages are really picturesque. The cottage is full of character and is beautifully presented. The welcome provisions were greatly appreciated and covered breakfast and snacks for both days.

It is a cosy characterful cottage so it only has a small shower room.

The cleanliness, decor and location. The little added extras such as bread, milk, jams and butter were a lovely touch.

It wasn’t an issue for me as I kept my dog on a lead, but the garden isn’t enclosed.
