Everything was excellent: the room, the staff, the location, and especially the breakfasts! The next time I'm in Rome, I will definitely come back, provided they still have rooms available.

Look no further - this is the best place to stay in Rome. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and everyone spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. The hotel itself was charming, cozy, and spotless, with spacious rooms that were cleaned and tidied daily. They left us a bottle of wine as a gift which was a lovely surprise! Excellent location, plenty of shops and bars around, as well as train and buss stops. ~20 minute buss ride to the centre of Rome, but in the evenings we would walk back. Breakfast being included was such a bonus - great coffee, delicious fresh croissants, and plenty of other options to start the day. The terrace was absolutely lovely and became our favorite spot to relax in the mornings and evenings. Despite being in Rome, the place was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

Property manager cum owner is a nice person. Close to St. Peter’s Basilica. Carrefour express store next door.

It is sold as room with triple bed but the third one is just a simple light weight folding style one. The room had a stink due to the bathroom. Not sure what was the cause is it due to drainage but the smell was very strong and unpleasant. We had to keep the balcony door open to let the air manage the stink. The ac was a tiny one and it could not keep the room cool as the summer heat was very high. Although breakfast was included but most of the time we didn’t have it as it is room served after 8am and all our tour tickets where for 8:30am or 9am. Basically, there is nothing much to talk about the breakfast as it is just 1 croissants n coffee. So if someone thinks the cost includes breakfast then maybe one fifty euro a night is not worth the stay and spend.
