About this apartment rental
Surf Song #227 - Terrific opportunity to enjoy poolside and beach views from this Studio Efficiency in popular Surf Song Resort. Updated condo is near all amenities and includes all new kitchen that is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils for your convenience. The main living area contains a nice sized sofa, flat panel TV, and king sized bed. This is the perfect retreat for couples looking to relax, enjoy and take part in all that this area offers. As a SunHost guest, kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this unit does not have a phone. Free Wifi.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.
Guests can walk outside and immediately be at the heated pool and BBQ facilities. Of course, the tranquil Madeira beaches are just a few steps away as well. Overall, it doesn't get much better than this. For entertainment and shopping, simply walk across the street to John's Pass Village a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

The place was in good shape overall except the water pressure in shower & the toilet would not always fill back up with water after flushing. Needed paper towels & more toilet paper.

Did not receive email for directions to get into place until about 30 minutes after we arrived. Said it was sent at !2:40 but I did not get. Very clean place, grounds well maintained.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Our room was just fine but we were very disappointed that rules were not enforced. There were so many big floats,toys,roudyness,beer cans always in and around the pool everyday that we were there. Towels were draped on pool fence along with clothing and all this mess was left overnight by the guests in the large group we couldn’t take a picture in the morning because of the way it looked. We had to ask several times for them to move or turn down their radio because we couldn’t hear our tv in our room. Nothing was ever said to this group by the management. Very disappointed
