When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

My wife and I love this area and vacation here nearly every year. The condo is in perfect location to the beach and Johns Pass. Unfortunately this year our 9 night stay was cut 4 days short because of Hurricane Helene. There was a mandatory evacuation order and we had to leave early. I did purchase the travel insurance. I made a claim and should get a refund shortly for the days we could not use the condo. We are heartbroken over the devastation of the area, and wish everyone well in their rebuilding. We will definitely be back, probably next fall.

The unit it amazing. It was spotless & lived up to everything advertised. The location is perfect, located directly across from John's Pass and just steps from the beach. The pool was great, large enough to never feel crowded.

If your "Boujee" this isnt for you. But if your like me and my husband looking for a clean place, great bed, easy beach access and easy entertainment look no further. Directly across from Johns Pass, 2 min walk to beach. Beautiful clean pool.
Condo is nice if your not looking to be in it all the time. We are beach lovers so used place to sleep and shower.
Needs some paint from wear and tear. And thats due to people who dont know how to take care of others property
.same with couch. Watwr stains from wet bathingsuits.

The bathroom shower is very small and the sink would not drain properly.
