Surf Song #224 - Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo at popular Surf Song Resort. Located just steps from the large, heated pool and white sandy beaches, this comfortable, bright and airy vacation retreat is a popular destination for those seeking the perfect Florida vacation. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free Wifi . You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The open floor plan, with new paint, includes a spacious living room with brand new furniture, including sofa bed, that flows into the updated, spotless kitchen, complete with new appliances. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, television and leads into the master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and television as well making this an ideal spot for families. No detail is overlooked in order to make your vacation carefree. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Besides its prime location near beaches and pool, you are also close to BBQ facilities. Directly across the street is John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Despite the awful fact that the Surf Song Resort got clobbered twice in a short period of time by 2 hurricanes, our 7 night stay was FABULOUS! The resort did everything possible to make our stay fabulous! The new pavers on the sundeck are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Surf Song Resort! (We will miss the suffleboard:-(

We noticed many improvements (paint, cleanliness, and maintenance of the pool) to the facility and pool which had been neglected in years past. Location was perfect. Building is clean but needs a lot of updating. Never got the main TV working during our stay. Had the pesticide person just walk in and spray without letting us know who he was. Had the air conditioning people come at 8 am and did not know they were coming. I did not have access to email so I did not get to ready any emails sent to me.
