Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité d'Élisabetta qui était à l’accueil et de la personne en charge du ménage. L’appartement et l’environnement de la résidence étaient très bien entretenus. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité du centre ville.

La atencion de Elisabetta y que todo está muy cerca tanto para caminar como para ir con coche a ciudades aledañas. Las camas son muy comodas y todo está muy bien mantenido

non si può chiedere ad un gruppo di persone di pagare il late check in , dovevamo entrare entro le 19 ma siamo arrivati alle 20e05 ci ha fatto pagare 25 euro per il ritardo di un ora. Inoltre neanche una bottiglia d'acqua agli ospiti e il terzo letto era più idoneo per un bambino che per un adulto e abbiamo pagato 30 euro per un letto troppo piccolo di dimensione inferiore agli altri. Inoltre è la prima volta che mi trovo senza che la stanza venga rifatta, senza lasciare neanche un ulteriore cambio di asciugamani e neanche poter chiedere nulla in quanto la reception alle 18 di sabato era già totalmente chiusa.
