Sensation Authentic Gràcia

Went to reception and she gave us the app to open the doors. Everything worked perfectly. Great little kitchen and nice balcony. We were on the 5th floor. It was a very quiet apartment, too. Nice view down the street with trees and buildings while standing on our balcony. The view out the bedroom window of Tibidabo was great. Very clean and the staff very responsive if we texted a question. So convenient - walking distance to Sagrada Familia and a fish market just steps away with grocery store just a block away. Nice restaurant just on the corner. Feel like getting this apartment a blessing from God.

Very convenient apartment for all that Barcelona has to offer. Very clean and comfy though quite noisy if you are in the front bedroom. Well equipped and little extras are much appreciated. Having a balcony is a bonus and air conditioning is good though a bit too powerful in the front bedroom.

It is not easy to have to move from one block to another when lugging suitcases around. If we do not have physical keys perhaps some other ways could be found of sharing key access. Host at reception area was very helpful and told us about Lug it -a company which will move luggage to airport for you and is very efficient. Phone key access- Although it did not go wrong we do wonder what would happen if we were unable to use phones to access apartment late at night?

The property was well equipped, spotlessly clean and a great location with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. The air conditioning was amazing which was essential in the brutal heatwave

Nothing

The personnel was polite and very responsive to our requests. The location was as described near (if 700meters is considered near) to the station and very convenient with numerous supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within easy reach, it offered a variety of dining and shopping options not feeling the least unsafe at every hour. A First time, family of five, in Barcelona we fell in love with the city and its people.

Apartment was a letdown in every aspect. The cheap and poorly made furnishings, nonexistent insulation between rooms, and inadequate exterior insulation allowed for excessive noise from the road. The cramped room with 2 uncomfortably small beds and the uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom further added to the disappointment of our stay. Additionally, the presence of a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge highlighted a lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Finally the WIFI connection would consistently disconnect if left idle for just a couple of minutes, causing constant disruptions. Watch out for the panels on the roof of the bathroom since they tend to rumble when you open and close the door. Definitely in need of renovation. LOW Value For Money
