Great location. 10 minute walk to sagrada familia one of Barcelonas main tourist attractions and you can get on the hop on hop off bus here to. The red route. Great vibe in the sagrada familia area and plenty of places to eat. Spacious clean apartment with good size fridge. Large bathroom with walk in shower. We were on the first floor. Great roof terrace. Lovely living room area with TV. Supermarket open 24 hours across the road and Aldi a short walk away down the road opposite just to the left of the apartment block. You will pass the apartment block on the blue route of the hop on hop off bus so we used this as well to get home and walked back the short walk along the road.

The key collection. In 33 degree heat with suitcases it wasn't fun having to walk to collect the keys from the sister apartment block that is closer to the sagrada familia when you arent familiar with the area. It would be far better to send a secure link following confirmation of arrival and city tax and any required deposits could be taken from a credit card. Access to the apartment is via your phone anyway so you are not physically collecting anything. We ended up leaving some of us at the apartments while I walked for the key details at the other building to save pulling our luggage. A single parent would unlikely be able to do this! If arriving by metro train I would recommend getting off at sagrada familia station and walking to the sister apartments first to get the key details, is easier. Then continue slightly uphill to the apartments. Rather than getting off at Joanic if not arriving by taxi.

The property location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from 'Sagrada Família' and there was several good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfy.

The personnel was polite and very responsive to our requests. The location was as described near (if 700meters is considered near) to the station and very convenient with numerous supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within easy reach, it offered a variety of dining and shopping options not feeling the least unsafe at every hour. A First time, family of five, in Barcelona we fell in love with the city and its people.

Apartment was a letdown in every aspect. The cheap and poorly made furnishings, nonexistent insulation between rooms, and inadequate exterior insulation allowed for excessive noise from the road. The cramped room with 2 uncomfortably small beds and the uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom further added to the disappointment of our stay. Additionally, the presence of a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge highlighted a lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Finally the WIFI connection would consistently disconnect if left idle for just a couple of minutes, causing constant disruptions. Watch out for the panels on the roof of the bathroom since they tend to rumble when you open and close the door. Definitely in need of renovation. LOW Value For Money
