The apartment is very comfortable for the family of four, clean, kitchen well equiped, even with olive oil, vintegar, salt and pepper. It is 8-12 minutes walking distance to metro Joanes and Sagrada metro stations. .City taxi also arives quickly, They have reasonable price (black yellow taxi). Staff at the reception, which is 10 minutes distance from the apartment was very kind and helpful regarding "first steps" in Barcelona. My Punjab halal pakistanian restaurant just 30 meters away was an excellent surprise.

If I should write something as a positive critique, it is maybe sofa in the living/dinning room, it is too soft.

VERY clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The washing machine is A BIG PLUS! There is a 24hr market in front of the apartment and MANY restaurants just around the corner.

The WiFi was very slow; so if WiFi is your priority have this in mind.

The personnel was polite and very responsive to our requests. The location was as described near (if 700meters is considered near) to the station and very convenient with numerous supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within easy reach, it offered a variety of dining and shopping options not feeling the least unsafe at every hour. A First time, family of five, in Barcelona we fell in love with the city and its people.

Apartment was a letdown in every aspect. The cheap and poorly made furnishings, nonexistent insulation between rooms, and inadequate exterior insulation allowed for excessive noise from the road. The cramped room with 2 uncomfortably small beds and the uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom further added to the disappointment of our stay. Additionally, the presence of a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge highlighted a lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Finally the WIFI connection would consistently disconnect if left idle for just a couple of minutes, causing constant disruptions. Watch out for the panels on the roof of the bathroom since they tend to rumble when you open and close the door. Definitely in need of renovation. LOW Value For Money
