Gostei muito do pronto atendimento como um todo. Eu e minha família chegaríamos após o horário de funcionamento da recepção, e fomos muito bem orientados pela equipe, que nos passou todas as informações necessárias. O atendimento foi excelente e tornou nossa chegada tranquila.

Fomos recebidos com atenção e cordialidade. Fomos atendidos com pronto atendimento quando precisamos de um pano de chão para secar o gelo que derreteu no frigobar.
A única coisa que incomodou, foi que, no chalé do qual ficamos, o único canal que pegava na TV era Globo e não tinha a função Smart. Sugestão: Senti falta de ovo no café da manhã por não comer carboidratos logo cedo. Mas como meu chalé havia micro-ondas, consegui resolver no dia seguinte comprando e fazendo no micro.

A limpeza, e o café da manhã. O café só serve o básico do básico. Não servem nem um tipo de suco natural, oferece suco em pó. Poderiam melhorar o valor da estadia para investir em um café da manhã melhorzinho.
