Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk to everything.
Initially, we were placed in the satellite building, which is part of a residential building. Because of this, the hotel has no control over the other residents. Unfortunately, the neighbor above us was extremely noisy throughout our stay, with constant sounds of furniture being moved, pounding on the floor, and other disturbances. We were unable to sleep, and the noise continued until 2 AM on the second night.
The staff did move us from the large river-view apartment to a smaller basement room in the main building, which we appreciated. They also provided complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. However, after requesting a rate adjustment, we were disappointed that there was no compensation for being moved to a smaller room without the river view we originally had.

Excellent location close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and major shopping. Walkable to all the sites, even the Vatican. Very comfortable room and whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is very helpful too. I highly recommend this hotel. A wonderful restaurant is right around the corner, Taverna Ripetta. Also one of the oldest in Rome. You’ll need a reservation.
