    The hotel was so nice and we were able to book a bigger room. A room this clean and big and in Tokyo, it was a wonderful stay. Having Starbucks at doorstep and to view Tokyo tower every morning or evening was wonderful.

    Location nearby Tokyo tower and metro station. Lots of convenient store. Room just nice for two pax. Free flow hot drinks available at the reception. Washers and dryers using coins available.

    Highly recommended! The location and value for money are excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Daimon Station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. Although the room was not very large, it was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom and the large bathtub, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is also within walking distance of Tokyo Tower. Seeing the beautiful Tokyo Tower every day on the way to and from the hotel was one of the highlights of my trip. Most importantly, every staff member at the front desk was warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

    So mant things went wrong at the start of the checki-in: 1. They said my room I reserved, even though clearly saying nonsmoking double bed, the reception clerk said, I booked a smoking room 🫩 why would I do that. 2. They gave me the wrong sized room than I booked, 3. Even though I pre-order breakfast, they said I didn’t. So basically, it’s a proper ripoff. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get help from Agoda team either. I sent an email immediately to get support. Crickets.. so, yeeey!
