    Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait and change clothes in the reception bathroom. It was all very uncomfortable and wasted a bunch of our time. Internet was non existent, it never connected and the staff didn’t help at all. Facilities are very old and the lights inside the room were very dim. Small room. Shampoo and body wash provided in small tiny bags that weren’t enough. Although the poor service they offered nothing to make up for it. The large common pool was the only good thing for us. We were very disappointed as well as frustrated.
