    The whole day was super lovely. The only thing I could comment on; the breakfast was super busy and needed more staff to help on the floor. Otherwise would recommend!

    Our experience at the hotel was mixed. On the positive side, the pool was excellent, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, the facilities were good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the rooms were outdated, the cleanliness was below expectations, some items in the room were worn out or broken, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. We were told the hotel had parking, but only at check-out did we find out that it costs €18 per day. This is important information that should be clearly communicated in advance, not as a surprise at the end of the stay. In addition, the tourist tax was only mentioned at check-out, which increased the final bill unexpectedly. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, but there is definitely room for improvement in room maintenance, cleanliness, water pressure, and transparency about extra charges.

    It’s one of my best and lovely experiences in this hotel, we felt as we were in paradise and the rooms was big and very clean and everyone was happy and the receptionist and all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the beach was nice and clean and the swimming pool was perfect and the bar and food and breakfast was wonderful I recommend Delta Hotels Giardini Naxos for every family and group it was great choice really
