The staff were great, always helpful and smiling.
Perfect for small kids and families.
The setting among the hills was very picturesque
Not sure where to start as I always try to be balanced with my reviews but I’m struggling this time.
Definitely not 5 star. Maybe that’s self-rated🤔
Food was of a variable quality - breakfast was good but dinner very hit and miss.
There was no outdoor no-smoking areas so basically if you wanted to eat smoke free you needed to eat inside. The smoke haze around dinner was very evident - and not at all pleasant.
The music was loud and the entertainment team constantly trying to get people to participate. Very persistent.
I’m pleased we had a room in the front block, unlike our extended family who had to carry 2 push-chairs up a lot of steps to get to their room as the escalator broke down 4 times in 10 days.
The bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on :(
