Pian Dei Mucini Resort

Il resort è molto bello e mette a disposizione diversi servizi, gli spazi comuni sono molto curati e le nostre richieste sono state sempre soddisfatte. Abbiamo chiesto un secondo ventilatore e sono riusciti a procurarcelo.

L'alloggio non era pulitissimo e mancava qualche accessorio (ad esempio paletta per pulire a terra, mollette per il bucato, ombrellone o tenda per il sole). Il nostro tavolo era montato male perciò non si poteva estendere anche se c'erano le prolunghe. Il tavolo all'esterno sul terrazzo non si poteva usare fino al pomeriggio perché esposto al sole. Non c'è aria condizionata ma un (solo) ventilatore per appartamento. Difficile muoversi con il passeggino all'interno del resort

Our apartment was located near the pool and space was enough for five persons and one dog. The offering for fun time was great and walking the dog within the hotel fence possible with quite nice places near nature. Many trees giving shadow and refreshing nice air. Beside we had an emergency the hotel staff helped us in any respect and even asking afterwards for the recovery situation. Many thanks from our family .

Improvement could be to install sun umbrella for giving shadow on the apartment terrace. Also, in the hot nights air condition was not possible to start. If families like to cook, they should bring along the basic things or buy alternatively at Massa Marittima supermarkets. Bialetti Mokka maker is available.

The surroundings were beautiful and well maintained. The area around the property is lovely, with greenery and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Overall, the place has great potential for a relaxing vacation.

Unfortunately, our rest was significantly disrupted by several issues. The biggest problem was noise – our apartment was located right next to the evening event area, which we weren’t informed about during booking. Loud events took place every night until 11 PM, followed by noisy clean-up activities that lasted until midnight. It was very difficult to get proper rest. The apartment itself lacked basic supplies for a 10-day stay: only one trash bag for five people, just a couple of toilet paper rolls, no towel changes, and an outdated kitchen with only four forks (for five guests) in poor condition. There were no wine glasses, which was surprising given the country’s wine culture. In over 35°C heat, there was no air conditioning or even a fan, making sleep very uncomfortable. During the weekend, the pool area became overcrowded and a rule was enforced: one umbrella per apartment. This made it impossible to find shade for a family of five – a real health risk in such extreme heat. Sadly, these issues greatly affected our overall experience.
