Highly recommended!

Located just outside the train station. The beach is just 300 m away as well. Hence quite accessible. The owners are friendly, kind and hospitable. They accommodated my requests and were very patient in answering my queries. I am a solo traveller and had to stay back due to strikes on Oct 3. They were able to arrange a room for me for an extra night. It is a nice family run business, with a restaurant and a bar attached to it. Worth the price point. I highly recommend this place for stays in Sestri Levante!

Surprisingly amazing stay in Sestri levante

The host was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. The whole hotel was very clean and fresh smell. Bathroom and toilet was kept clean at all times. You were made to feel very welcome.

For me nothing. Yes it's a shared bathroom however it's always clean and we never had to wait.

La Neigra is Perfect for a Nice Stay

Centrally located & close to train station. 5 minutes to beaches & center of town. Lots of great restaurants in town. A little market 100 metres down the street for convenience. The host very friendly & helpful.

There was no AC but fan was adequate. They really should have a mini fridge in the rooms.

Piacevole soggiorno

L’albergo si trova in una posizione strategica: vicino alla stazione, al centro e alla spiaggia (sia attrezzata sia libera, anche per cani). Il proprietario è gentile, simpatico e disponibile. La stanza e il bagno sono pulitissimi. Vengono accolti i cani e nella strada parallela all’albergo ci sono numerosi parcheggi gratuiti.

Stanza pulita. Bagni ben puliti anche se in comune. Vicino alla stazione. Cortesia dello staff...soggiorno di qualche giorno con mia figlia. Abbiamo apprezzato le focacce donatori dal Signor Augusto,come simbolo di un saluto che fa con i suoi clienti...

Erinomainen tukikohta Cinque Terren alueelle tai Portofinon suuntaan

Mahtava henkilökunta, minulla oli erittäin tervetullut olo tänne saapuessani ja täällä ollessani. Sijainti on erinomainen: helppo saapua ja lähteä junalla. Ranta ja vanha kaupunki myös lähellä. Nukuin hyvin (korvatulpat kannattaa silti olla) ja yhteisten wc- ja suihkutilojen siisteys oli kiiltävän puhdas. Sestri Levantesta käsin tein päiväretkiä ja ehdin tutustua myös kylään ja käydä rannalla uimassa.

Struttura in ottima posizione, vicina a tutti i punti d’interesse e principali servizi. Buona pulizia. Wi-Fi ok. Augusto (titolare) persona splendida e disponibile.

In generale struttura e camere un po’ datate (ma comunque accettabili). Aggiungerei almeno un piccolo frigo nelle camere soprattutto in vista dell’estate. No condizionatore (c’è comunque a disposizione il ventilatore)

Locatia alibergului este foarte buna,la doi pasi de statiune de tren si la 5 minute pe jos de mare.Dar orasul Sestre Levante este foarte frumos di de aici este foarte comod se vizitezi cinque terre si Portofino.Camere sunt foarte curate si proaspete!Am avut un sejur foarte placut aici!Noi iti multumim proprietarii pentru curatenia in fiecare zi di amabilitatea lor!

Unicul minus este galajia de afara pentru persoane care nu sunt deprinse,dar proprietarii erau tare amabili si ne-o schimbat camera cu o camera de intern si problema sa rezolvat.

Ambiente familiare, pulito, gentilezza super, posizione comoda per spostarsi a piedi, in 15 minuti eravamo alla bellissima Baia del Silenzio. Vorrei tornarci al più presto!

Posizione abbastanza strategica ma....

La cortesia del personale, purtroppo, è quasi l'unica cosa che si salva. Mi dispiace se questa recensione può creare loro un dispiacere, ma bisogna essere oggettivi. Non è una recensione critica, ma una recensione mirata a, magari, migliorarsi. La struttura ha i suoi anni, vanno sicuramente apportate delle migliorie (se si vuole). Le stanze, come la struttura, non sono assolutamente insonorizzate. Per ben 2 notti, nel weekend, non abbiamo chiuso occhio, causa porte che sbattevano, schiamazzi nel corridoio, e il continuo brusio (e urla) proveniente dalla strada sotto, in quanto la struttura si trova zona stazione, ed arrivavano in treno orde di ragazzini ubriachi. Il letto scomodissimo, rigido. Cuscini idem. Un mal di schiena che dio la manda. La posizione vera e propria del wc in bagno (bagno privato), lascia molti dubbi sul suo utilizzo. La struttura essendo in zona stazione, la sera lascia il tempo che trova per i loschi figuri che vi si aggirano. Il personale è però stato un amore, dal gestore al personale delle pulizie. Sono anche pet friendly e super disponibili. Mi dispiace per la recensione bruttina, ma sono piccole migliorie che se apportate, possono far salire di livello la struttura.

Perfetto! Rekomenderas för chinque terre besökare och för en strandutflykt

Det är en väldigt väldigt bra variant för de som vill ha som vi en miniutflykt till Italien och inte betala överpris för Chinque Terre hotel. Det var rent, fräscht och bekvämt, med många handdukar. Även om vi inte hade badrummet inne i vårt rum, hade vi ändå en handfat med en spegel, så morgonrutinerna gick utan stress. I den gemensamma toan var det alltid nystädat, inga problem med vatten. Hotellet ligger exakt 1 minut från tågstationen, så det är superbekvämt för oss som vill åka tåg längst Chinque Terre - endast 15-20 min till Monterosso al Mare och tåg går ofta. Till stranden var det 8-10 min, hyfsat nära, vid hotellet fanns en mataffär, delikatessbutiker och massa bra grejer. Generellt älskade jag Sestri, detta är en genuin italiensk småstad, där majoriteten av turister är italienare, därför jättegod mat, rimliga priser och mysig stämning. Och stränderna är verkligen bästa! Ägaren var artig, trevlig och gav mycket information. Köp focaccia hos dem, den var godaste jag åt under hela resan!

Inga nackdelar verkligen. Kanske att det inte fanns AC, men i slutet av maj behövde vi inte den, klimatet var optimalt.

• Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett • Direkt bei dem Hitel war ein Caffe, bei dem man lecker und preiswert frühstücken konnte • Sehr gut angebunden, direkt beim Bahnhof • Das Zimmer war sehr sauber

• Keine Seife im Gemeinschaftsbad • Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht (bei einem Bad dass man sich teilen muss und ohne Küche finde ich den Preos von 71€ zu viel.
