Very friendly staff in a lovely location in the middle of the wine region.
Breakfast was simple but delicious.
Room clean and functional with AC, a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom.
The room featured a small terrace area outside (which we didn't know about / or specifically come for) but this was not as well kept and felt slightly more neglected versus the rest of the property.

We have travelled there before and love the place.
We have always had a view down the valley, we assumed we had booked the same but had a view of the Garden, not a deal breaker but something for us to remember for the future.

Unique style in Strasbourg and looks just like petite France! Comfy bed.
Facilities - the room is quite dark even on a summer night! The photos look much brighter than in reality. The hotel should put more lights.
There are no fridge, no water, no kettle, no coffee nor tea provided. The check out time is at 10.30 a.m., on an early side in my opinion.
The staff just opened our room’s door without knocking!
