We were super appreciative that we could leave our bags there while we were in Kyoto (we booked this hotel on both sides of the trip)

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The amenities they provided were also tip notch! Check in and out was so easy with the screens. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner was the best our whole trip.
I would say the breakfast isn’t the most worth it. The beds were not very comfortable. Very hard mattresses.

The hotel and the location it's in are great and the staff are very friendly and efficient.
The room was super clean and quiet and the view over the main road was fine.
The two single beds were very comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean.
Finally, the price for the room in this part of Tokyo was very reasonable.
The only reason I gave this a rating of 9 instead of 10 was because the room was very small, possibly the smallest room my wife and I have had in any hotel anywhere. But if you want to stay in Tokyo and not break the bank on accommodation costs this is a great place to stay - just be aware of the smaller room sizes.

Close proximity to the station.
They clean the rooms daily if you request them to.
Please notify foreign guests that there is no cupboard.
No cleaning done the day before I left regardless of asking for cleaning daily
