Ideal location for a short break with friends or family

There were four bedrooms and each had their own bathroom! Location was on a quiet road but close to the main road so no traffic noise but easy to get to. Kitchen was well equipped.

The TV was quite small and the seating in the lounge wasn't so comfy but these are minor things.

Perfect mountain views

It's a very spacious apartment, and the kids were thrilled to have their own rooms each. The view from the kitchen/balcony is breathtaking. The house is away from any hustle and bustle, but the drive into towns is not too bad.

The kitchen needs a few mugs. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Perfect stay for a group of friends, very close to Solden ski slopes.

We stayed in the apartment upstairs, with 4 rooms. Very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need, big rooms, each with its own bathroom. The living was also good space to stay together; big balcony, beautiful view. There is space for skis and ski boots. About 8 km to Solden, we went each morning to ski, no problem with the parking at the cable cars - if you arrive soon enough . Perfect for a group of friends, good value for the money.

The wi fi was not strong enough for all of us.

Fabulous

The apartament was cozy, clean, with comfy beds, nice little kitchen and a beautiful view. All in all we had a great stay.

Only a few minor inconveniences- they didn’t make us like the place any less. It’s a bit difficult to get to Sölden if you don’t want to drive - the bus only runs every few hours. Also there’re not a lot electrical outlets in the room so if you have a lot of electronics bring an extension cord.

Absolutely nothing. It s a disgrace for authentic austrian accommodations.

It was one of the worst accomodations i have ever been at. The host has been incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had big arguments with him. We had no heat, every night we slept with sweaters on and blankets. We asked them to turn the heat on and they laughed in our faces, the first time they told us to use the blankets and the second time we asked their response was that it was warm enough, we asked the host to come and see if he could sleep in these conditions and he came in a ski costume and told us it s warm enough. When we arrived we didn t find anything ther, NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER OR SOAP, no need to say about salt or pepper. After everything they refused to give us the deposit back because it was garbage in the apartment wven though we payed for a cleaning fee and they told us to leave the garbage there cause that s what why we paid for cleaning fee. In the anouncement they wrote on booking it says that the distance from the accomodation to solden it s walkable, there are 10 km on a mountain road. It was a horrible and frustrating experience and i would never recommend this acommodation to anyone. At some point we asked the host to do something about the flies in the rooms, there were tens of flies. He came and we showed him 8-10 dead flies and he told us that we placed the dead flies there and we lie,there aren t any flies.. how can you respond to this. The check in was non existent, they asked us to come to another appartment of theirs in the other part of the town, 10 km away to sign the contract and give us the keys. And when the host came and we had an argument with him with the heat disscusion the host told us that we can leave whenever we want and we said ok we ll live but give us the money for the remaining nights, he snapped and got angry and yelled no money back.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist traumhaft, ideal zum Entspannen. Schon beim herzlichen Empfang haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Alles war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub

Tolles Haus! Sehr ruhig gelegen, ein bisschen außerhalb von Sölden darum war es auch sehr entspannt und man entkam dem Trubel aus der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hier her kommen.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen.

Alles was aanwezig. Van bestek tot oven.

Persoonlijker sleutel overdracht zou leuk zijn. Maar via de code was makkelijk binnen komen en je kunt op ieder tijd stip aan komen. Enige contact met de verhuurder was toen die geld kwam halen voor de toeristen belasting

Pozione tranquilla a 10 min dal centro di Solden, ideale per rilassarsi sia dentro che in terrazza. Ricovero bici e possibilità di passeggiate in zona completano l'offerta.

Schöne, große Wohnung

Wenn man Urlaub in Sölden machen will und ein großes Ferienhaus sucht, dass nicht ganz mitten im Trubel steht, aber trotzdem nah genug ist, dass man alles schnell mit Auto oder Bus erreichen kann, ist diese große Ferienwohnung für Gruppen von 4-6 Personen ideal.

Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, könnte den nahen Bergbach als sehr laut empfinden.
