Calm and comfortable

The location itself was beautiful. The hostess was kind ,she gave the correct location in Google map in advance. The kitchen was fully equipped.

The room heating couldn't be controlled by the user. So if you are using the kitchen. The temperature may increase.

This accommodation is up on the mountainside, so you have to drive about 5 minutes from the main road, but I recommend this accommodation much more than the central ones. The view from the terrace is simply so amazing that it's fabulous. There is a large private parking lot right next to the accommodation, the room was adequately equipped, perfectly clean, comfortable bed, pleasantly preheated room. The owner couple were always smiling and kind and they waited for us with a surprise cookie...very nice of them. My partner and I spent 4 nights here, it was perfect.

A beautiful view of the dolomites in a cozy family-run apartment

Absolutely wonderful location with INCREDIBLE views of the Dolomites. Very quiet at night. Beds are comfortable. Room is cozy and clean. Amenities are also very practical - this isn't just a place meant for influencers to take photos, but it's actually meant to be used. There's a large library with brochures and books on things you can do in the area - from hikes, to rainy-day activities, to skiing, etc etc. And there's some bottles of homemade schnapps for sale! The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly. We were given fresh eggs on arrival, because they have chickens!

We were only sad that we had to leave! We stayed two nights, but easily could've stayed a year. Also, not a negative, but be aware of the drive to get there: the road is narrow. It is maintained in the winter, but just be careful on the drive. Google Maps also doesn't give good directions as you get close, but there's lots of signage when you enter Tschöfas (community of Lajen). And, bring cash for the payment. There's a bank with an ATM in Lajen if needed.

Amazing stay in the mountains, if you want quiet place where you can enjoy the view. Clean and cozy!

If you are willing to go a bit off the main road, you will find this amazing place to stay. The view and nature around is just fantastic. The room has everything you need, it’s comfortable and the kitchen is very new so you can find everything for cooking. Very clean and nice!

More than expected!

It was so good! Nice, stylish, clean, wonderful vew frew the window- ant THAT smell of fresh wood in the room..Lady/owner is something unreal- she even gaved to us a gift- fresh eggs (next day we visited her hens).

Quiet place with stunning views

Outside the village and really high. Thanks to that it’s quiet and with AMAZING view from the balcony. The trails in the forest start right in front of the house. Well equipped kitchen and really nice owner :)

If you want to visit popular trails you need to use a car every day

Beautiful location in Dolomiti! House is incredible beautiful and the surrounding area is amazing ! Waking up in a morning with “that” view is unforgettable! I really enjoyed our staying !

Please note, that house is located pretty high in the mountains and you need to drive by very narrow road. We were driving during a storm late night and it were a bit scary to drive there 😅 but we forgot about that early morning when saw an amazing panoramic view from our room 😀

Lovely view, comfortable after a day of hiking

Biggest problem we ran into is the address programmed from booking onto our gps was not where we needed to be. So at 1030 pm we were outside what was clearly not the hotel. We called the owner and this happens enough that they came down to get us…without finding out where we were.

Incredible location with an absolutely amazing view, immersed in nature. Mrs. Hofer has been very kind and helped us looking for a car repair station as we had an issue while on the road. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing location and hospitality

The owner was so kind that she even offered us 2 pieces of cake when we arrived. We really appreciated it! The room is perfect for a couple and very clean. We cooked our breakfast in the kitchen and ate it at our balcony which had views of the cows that were mowing!

The view is absolutely amazing. The design can be called vintage i think. Someone would like, some dont, and we did like it, very nice vibe.

הנוף עוצר נשימה, היחידה מקסימה, נקיה ומסודרת. יש בה כל מה שצריך ואפילו כרבולית נקיה על ספת הטלויזיה. בעלת היחידה מאוד נחמדה. מים רותחים במקלחת והסקות שעובדות כמו שצריך. מיטה נוחה ומצעים יפים, שמזכירים את הבית. וכמובן, העוגיות הטעימות שבעלת החווה כיבדה איתנו בהן ושהזכירו לי את טעם העוגיות שאימי נהגה לאפות. אירוח בסטנדרט גבוה ואותנטי מאוד.

Außergewöhnlicher Standort für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Wir erhielten statt der gebuchten Wohnung das Angebot in der Jägerhüllte, ca 30 Meter neben dem Haupthaus, zu wohnen. Sehr, sehr uriges Blockhaus unmittelbar am Waldrand. Der Hof liegt weit über dem Tal mit spektakulärem Blick bis in die Dolomiten. Die Anfahrt vom Tag aus lohnt sich definitiv. Vor Ort alles weiträumin und luftig. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns wärmstens aufgenommen; alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Tage!

Jeśli ktoś boi się jeździć samochodem, trasa może być nieco wymagająca. Trzeba wjechać wąskimi drogami pod szczyt góry. Nie jest tak trudno, ale na początku trochę stresująco.
