A wonderful holiday
A fantastic location away from the noise and tourist traffic rolling through the valley. The apartment is new, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Interestingly decorated, modeled on the work of Austrian artist Hundertwasser. Very clean. The apartment has information and brochures about tourist attractions. We really liked the beautiful and well-kept garden available right next to the apartment :) You can enjoy your meals with a view of the garden and mountains. We would love to go back there again!

Just a beuatiful place for both summer and winter holiday
The appartment was beautiful with a nice view towards the mountains, well equiped kitchen (electric stove with oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher :-) We could come with our dog and he could stay both in the garden and inside the appartment.We were satisfied very much, the owners were fine. We will be happy to come back in the future.
There was not a microwave (but for us not a problem). Maybe the sofa bed in the kitchen could have harder mattress for sleeping, but it is just a detail :-) We enjoyed our stay a lot :-)

Die Gäste sind super freundlich, Ausstattung ist sehr gut (gibt es auch ein extra Zimmer für Skischuhe und Skier Lagerung), die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und stilvoll, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, auffällig gestaltet. Für uns war alles in der Wohnung verfügbar und für zwei Personen eine sehr gute Wohnungsgröße.

Sehr stilvoll, super Lage, wunderschöne Terrasse. Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Alles super.
Das warme Wasser im Bad könnte mehr Druck haben, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😅

Gerne wieder.
Das Apartment liegt am Berg oben im Ort Kauns. Es war wunderbar ruhig. Der Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung ist naturnah angelegt. Trotz winterlicher Temperaturen im Herbst war die Wohnung gemütlich warm (Fussbodenheizung im sehr geräumigen Bad!). Beim Frühstück auf die Berge schauen zu können war ein Traum! Um den Ort herum gibt es allein schon mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Wandern - auch für Anfänger. ;-)
Vielleicht könnte man eine Infomappe für die Gäste anlegen (von wegen Mülltrennung usw.). Als längjährige Fewo Nutzer kamen wir aber gut zurecht. Die Stühle könnten eventuell eine neue Polsterung vertragen aber alles andere war top.
