Chalet Protea

Nice location with a beautiful view of the mountains and the staubbach falls in the Lauterbrunnen valley. Walkable distance to the Wengen train station. The host was very friendly and helpful. The host lives above the unit but do not bother you. The unit has one bedroom with a large bed and a sofa bed in the sitting room. It has a nice kitchen with all necessities. Coffee pods are provided for a small fee. It has laundry suite in the common area. Everything for washing is provided for a fee of 5 chf per load. We bought our groceries at the Co-op grocery store near the train station and managed to do some basic cooking. BBQ grill comes with the unit. We spent the evenings bbqing and had dinner on the terrace watching the mountains. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely go back.

Incredible location, spacious comfortable top class accomodation. Wonderful responsive hosts . Wengen is a magical place and sitting out on the sun lounges across to the Mountains and waterfalls Was simply amazing

The chalet is located overlooking the stunning Lauterbrunnen valley with the waterfalls visible from the privtae garden. It is equipped with everything that you would need for a longer stay. The hosts are lovely and very kind. We had the best vacation here.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zudem hat uns die ruhige Lage der Wohnung sehr gefallen, besonders auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer und die toll ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
