Location, staff and cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast was also very good.
Room is without refrigerator and without glasses for drinking water.

Ai piedi della Marmolada, classica struttura alpina con camere ampie, balcone, arredo in legno e piumone caldo. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa.
In albergo c'è anche una piscina ma io non ne ho usufruito. Ottima e abbondante la colazione.
Molto gentili i proprietari. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
La struttura ora effettua solo servizio di b&b, quindi non c'è più il ristorante. Bisogna trovare fuori alternative per la cena (il paese più vicino è Sottogouda).

Posizione strategica vicino la funivia per la Marmolada e ai Serrai di Sottoguda . Vista dalla camera , bagno grande , comodità letto , buona scelta colazione, tettoia per riparo moto e ascensore.

the location is great for the Marmolada ski lift, very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The staff are respectful and friendly, the room was cold on the first night, so i spoke to reception and they increased the heat and gave me an extra thick duvet, then it was perfect. the room faced east so the sun rose between the valley at 7am and lit up the room. On site parking, break fast and dinner included, convenient ski room. There is a games room for kids with table football and ping pong, plus a mini cinema, would be perfect for a family with kids. The sauna and pool are basic, but does the job perfectly!
Just the heating on the first night, but that was fixed promptly.
